Restorative Practices International (RPI)

An Association for World-Wide Practitioners

Restorative Practices International is a professional member organisation established in 2007 by a committed group of restorative practitioners to further the development of best practice in the field of restorative justice.  It was the fruition of a 10 year idea of Peta Blood  to develop the capacity to support one another; to develop best practice; to network and build a community of practitioners within the field.  This dream was realised with the inaugural Restorative Practices International conference on the Sunshine Coast 16-19 October 2007 to launch the organisation followed by the 2nd conference in Vancouver, 2009.

RPI is a member based organisation that will:

  • distribute a professional journal
  • disseminate and share information
  • provide ongoing professional development opportunities (conferences, seminars, on-line workshops)
  • maintain a living history of restorative justice and practice development
  • create networking opportunities across diverse practice areas
  • encourage best practice standards

and much more!
