Leading Restoratively Workshops

Circle Speak in conjunction with Margaret Thorsborne & Associates & Growth Dynamic Australia will be holding two 2 day leading restoratively workshops.  The workshops are popular and attract participants from Australia and New Zealand.

Designed  for school leaders and implementation teams to enhance the implementation of restorative practice.  Workshops include how to work with staff issues, how to sustain implementation and include a profile for each participant.  Basic training in RP's assumed.

Advanced Training

We are currently developing an advanced training in restorative practices. Due for roll out in August, this is for practitioners wanting to take practice to another level and to understand the dynamics of the process, theory and implementation.  

The course will consist of 6 modules delivered in distance and online mode with 4 residential workshops.  Participants will be able to join at different stages of the training and complete at their own rate.  Basic restorative practices training and practice within the field is a pre-requisite for this course.

The first workshop will be held in June with the 2 day working restoratively workshop.
