Circle Speak is internationally regarded within the field of restorative practices for the delivery of quality training, facilitation and consultancy in the field of restorative practices. For the past 10 years, we have developed an expertise working with educators to improve the teaching environment within schools and educational institutions. Working from pre-school to university level, we understand how to engage educators in looking at what will make a difference within their classroom and more broadly within the school community.

Peta Blood 
Managing Director

Peta has an impressive background in conflict management, behaviour change and change processes. After 15 years with the NSW Police Service she began study in Applied Psychology and has extended her contribution to working with schools, agencies, workplaces and the corporate sector.
She has designed and delivered workshops and trainings to a range of educational and corporate clients throughout Australia and Internationally. Peta is an experienced facilitator of conferences, circles and a range of social skills programs including: Transforming Conflict & Help Increase the Peace Program (HIPP). It is this diversity of experience and skills that adds a richness to the work of Circle Speak.

Olwyn Maddock

Olwyn is a school psychologist and facilitator who lives in Western Australia. Olwyn has had experience facilitating with the Alternatives to Violence Program (AVP) in communities and prisons. She is also a facilitator with the youth and the school version of this program – Help Increase the Peace (HIPP).
Olwyn is a valuable member of our team and currently facilitates introductory sessions and coordinates training in the west.
